Welcome to Restoration MedSpa. Whether you are new to aesthetic treatments or starting fresh with a new provider, your first visit is designed to feel clear, calm, and informative from the moment you arrive.
Check in, complete any remaining paperwork, and get settled. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to allow time for forms or to settle in if you filled them out ahead.
Meet one-on-one with a licensed provider to talk through your goals, concerns, treatment history, and candidacy in a no-pressure setting. We listen first, then plan together.
Your provider will recommend the right treatment path, pricing, timing, expected results, downtime, maintenance, and any aftercare steps before you decide what to do next.
If treatment happens the same day, you leave with clear written instructions. If not, we schedule the right next step before you go.
A valid photo ID and your current medication list. If you are coming in for a skin treatment, arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Bring prior treatment records or before-and-after photos if you have them.
Alcohol for 24 hours before injectables or advanced skin treatments. Aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and other blood thinners for 5 to 7 days when appropriate. Retinoids and active exfoliants for 5 to 7 days before skin procedures.
Do not stop any prescribed medication unless your prescribing provider has cleared you to do so.
Please let us know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of cold sores, have an active skin infection or irritation, recently had dental work or vaccines, or have a major event coming up. These details help your provider choose the safest timing and treatment plan.
Sometimes. If your provider determines that the treatment is appropriate, your health history is complete, and there is enough time on the schedule, you may be able to treat the same day. Some treatments require preparation, planning, or a separate appointment.
No. You can come in with a concern, a goal, or even just a sense that something has changed. Your provider will help you understand which services fit and which ones can wait.
Appointment length depends on the service and whether treatment happens the same day. If you are unsure, call before your visit and the team can help you plan your schedule.
Tell your provider about any upcoming events, travel, photos, or procedures. Some treatments can cause temporary redness, swelling, bruising, peeling, or sensitivity, so timing matters.
